Before Leaving Japan

- Complete the Declaration Naming a Person to Administer Taxpayer's Tax Affairs form and return it to your tax representative (return to Shidoka at monthly meeting)
- Make sure you have your blue pension book (given out at the final monthly meeting):

When Leaving Japan

Make sure to hand in your Alien Registration card to Immigration when flying home, in order to have your working visa cancelled. If you don't cancel your visa, you can't claim the pension refund.
