As one of the vegetarians in the Sendai ALT community, I`d like to give some tips and recommendations on living a vegetarian lifestyle in Sendai. Unfortunately I am admittedly a rather uncreative vegetarian and have happily settled into a routine of eating a lot of the same things over the years. I might not be able to give a lot of cooking advice for meals at home, but hopefully I can give a couple recommendations as to where you can get a vegetarian option here in Sendai if going out.
